items are substandard in quality, have been known to create off-color balanced images, discolor quickly and have a noxious odor.

by authorized distributors and retailers. Unfortunately, our products are
sometimes sold by companies that are *not authorized to do so. Goods sold
by unauthorized companies are not purchased from Gary Fong, Inc.; instead
they are acquired from a host of other sources. Due to the nature of the
goods sold by unauthorized dealers and their business practices, products
sold by unauthorized dealers are NOT entitled to Gary Fong, Inc. warranty
coverage. We are using our best efforts (including this warning) to
prohibit these companies from taking advantage of consumers, but these
practices still exist. We urge you to use diligence when selecting a dealer
to make your purchase.

• Purchased on a secondary “gray” market

• Pirated goods not produced by Gary Fong, Inc.

• Damaged, defective or so-called “B” stock goods; or

*Don’t be fooled! *While Amazon is an authorized online retailer of Gary
Fong, Inc. products, many resellers who sell on the Amazon marketplace are
not. When purchasing, it is important to note where the product is being
“shipped from and sold by,” which is stated clearly in the header for each
product on Amazon.com.

*Beware of counterfeit Gary Fong products. *Like many premium goods, Gary
Fong products are being duplicated and sold, usually at drastically reduced
prices and diminished quality. These products do not meet Gary Fong, Inc.
standards and are not covered under warranty.

Counterfeit Gary Fong products usually

• Are substandard in quality

• Can create unbalanced, off-color images

• Will quickly discolor and yellow with use
